At Manaiza’s Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes situations change, and we want to ensure you have a seamless and transparent experience with us.

Please read our exchange and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Dress Rental Services

Exchange Policy (Rentals)

• Exchanges are only allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled rental date.

• You may exchange for another dress of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid).

• Exchanges are subject to availability.

Refund Policy (Rentals)

• Refunds are not applicable on dress rentals.

• In case of order cancellation at least 72 hours before your rental date, you will receive a store credit valid for 60 days.

• If cancellation is made within 72 hours, no refund or credit will be provided.

2. Customized Dresses

Exchange Policy (Customized Orders)

• Since customized dresses are made-to-order, exchanges are not accepted unless the item is:

  • Significantly different from the confirmed design,

  • Incorrect in size (based on measurements you provided),

  • Damaged upon delivery.

Refund Policy (Customized Orders)

• No refunds are issued for customized dresses once an order is placed.

• If the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • Store credit equivalent to your payment.

3. Conditions for Exchange Approval

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• All tags and packaging must be intact.

• Request for exchange must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Shipping Policy

At Manaiza’s Store, we take great care in delivering your dresses on time, in perfect condition, and with full transparency.

Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including:

• Dubai

• Abu Dhabi

• Sharjah

• Ajman

• Al Ain

• Ras Al Khaimah

• Fujairah

• Umm Al Quwain

For deliveries outside the UAE, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Shipping Timeline

For Rental Dresses:

• Orders should be placed at least 3 days in advance of your event date.

• Dresses are delivered 1 day before your event and picked up the day after the event.

• Same-day or next-day rentals are subject to availability and extra charges.

For Customized Dresses:

• Delivery timeframe is based on design and complexity.

• Average production time: 7–14 working days.

• Shipping time: 1–2 working days after completion.

3. Shipping Charges

• Dubai & Sharjah: AED 20

• Other Emirates: AED 30–40

• Free shipping on orders above AED 500 (UAE only)

Shipping charges for urgent delivery or remote areas may vary. You will be informed prior to dispatch.

4. Courier Partners

We partner with trusted local courier services to ensure fast and secure delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

5. Delivery Issues

If your item:

• Is delayed beyond the promised time,

• Arrives damaged, or

• Is lost in transit,

6. Important Notes

• Ensure your address and contact details are correct to avoid delivery delays.

• We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• If a courier attempt fails and the parcel is returned, re-delivery charges will apply.
