RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Exchange Policy
• Exchanges and returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving the item.
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
• Only size exchanges or product exchanges of the same value are allowed.
• Exchange is subject to stock availability.
• Customer must provide order number + unboxing video for verification.
2. Refund Policy
• We currently do not offer monetary refunds unless the product is defective or wrong item is delivered.
• In case of defect/damage/wrong item, a refund or replacement will be processed after verification.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be issued within 5-7 working days.
3. Non-Exchangeable / Non-Refundable Items
• Customized, made-to-order, or altered items.
• Sale/discounted items.
• Accessories or intimate wear.
4. Return Process
• Contact our customer service within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.
• Share order number + product photos + unboxing video.
• Once approved, return the item to our given address.
• Exchange will be processed after we receive and inspect the item.
International Exchange or return
You can also return or exchange your order within 3 days of receiving it.
However, you are responsible for arranging the return (either by dropping it off or scheduling a pickup with DHL).
You must also cover the return shipping cost.
Please make sure to ship the item within 5 days of your return request.
5. Shipping Costs
• Exchange shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
• If the item received is defective or wrong, we will cover the shipping charges.
